We are looking for an experienced Sysops Engineer with a passion for Devops philosophy to work with our cross-functional team, and join our world-class community of talented experts.
In this role, you should focus on enabling developers to deliver world class product by building orchestration of services in cloud. Developing deployment tools, setting CI/CD configurations, keeping keen eye on our security.
If you are experienced in setting up Google cloud and/or AWS cloud solutions and are passionate about scalable systems, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain kubernetes orchestrations in Google cloud or/and AWS
- Research and decide on company’s cloud solutions
- Monitor servers and services performance, suggest and implement improvements
- Enable developers to focus on building software by providing them tools they need (deployment, CI, logging)
- Together with developers setting up deployment processes (CI/CD)
Core requirements on your skills:
- 3+ years of experience with Google cloud and/or AWS,
- Strong shell scripting knowledge
- Experience with: Saltstack, Ansible, Puppet, Chef
- Experience with kubernetes, docker, CI
- Service oriented attitude towards developer teams
- Comfort with agile operating models
- Excelent writing and reading english
Ideally you also have
- 5+ years of experience as SysOps or Devops
- An Agile mindset with experience working in Agile environment
- A spirit of collaboration and multi-tasking as well as being self-directed and being able to prioritize and escalate to influence objectives
