Just got the license in my first try. Staff was quite friendly and supportive. My teacher Andy taught me well in English :p that was a huge help on its own. One thing I would like to mention is.. sometimes you make mistake, the teacher can scold you.. because he is your teacher. Nothing wrong with that. If the instructor does not correct you, you will never learn! Also, during practice, my instructor always told me what i did wrong and how to improve it and anyone who says otherwise is lying :/
In the end I was so confident and alert during my final test that I did not make a single mistake.
Overall experience perfect (y)
License got Klasse A.
Thank you team Koerber :)
Excellent place if you are looking for driving lessons in English. Andy Hoeglauer is an excellent instructor, though he comes across as rude and strict initially but that is what helps you improve. He sets the bar very high for his trainees and scolds you for the most minor mistakes as well. Training with him makes the actual driving exam seem pretty easy. I cleared my exam in first attempt and all thanks to Andy. To all the Indians planning to convert their Indian Driving license, I would highly recommended Fahrschule Körber and Andy. You will not only pass your exam but Andy will make you change the bad driving habits we carry from India and prepare you for safe and stress free driving in Germany
If you dont speak/understand Deutsch and would still like to have an instructor who can guide and ensure thorough practice about the German Driving Rules in English; I would recommend Andy at the Fahrschule Körber. Alternately, you can also if you want to learn in Deutsch :). Overall a positive experience for me!
