Bei einigen Mitarbeitern werden Fahrstunden über Monate gestreckt. Ergebnis sind dann mehr Fahrstunden als eigentlich nötig.

Ich habe dieses Jahr meinen Führerschein für die Klasse B dort gemacht. Folgende Aspekte sind mir positiv aufgefallen: - Fahrstunden wurden zeitnah gegeben, Ort bzw. Zeit Wünsche des Kunden wurden bestmöglich umgesetzt. - Die Fahrstunden fanden immer in einer entspannten und freundlichen Athmosphäre statt. Dennoch war die Aufmerksamkeit sehr hoch, Fehler wurden umgehend abgestellt bzw. so korrigiert und einfach erklärt, dass diese nicht mehr aufgetreten sind. - Termine für die Prüfungen wurden schon frühzeitig abgeklärt und bekannt gegeben. - Volle Transparenz und Übersicht was die Finanzen bzw. anfallende Kosten angeht. Grade hier habe ich in einer früheren Fahrschule sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Gut fand ich das hier eine "Grüne Taschenkarte" geführt wird, darauf jede geleistete Fahrstunde quittiert wurde und man jederzeit wusste wieviel Stunden man geleistet hat, wieviel Geld man bereits bezahlt hat und wann die nächste Zahlung ansteht. Schlussendlich finde ich, dass ich als "Dorfkind" was nicht aus der Region Münster stammt, mich sehr gut auf den Stadtverkehr in Münster bzw. Deutschlandweit vorbereitet fühle und bisher in meinen Fahrten in In und Ausland keine Probleme hatte! :)
