Bin noch bei den Theorieprüfungen und da sind alle relativ nett und man traut sich fragen zu stellen. Jedoch mangelt es an der Erreichbarkeit. Auch wird leider nicht im vorraus bescheid gegeben, wenn etwas ausfallen sollte.

Die Fahrschule Orange ist absolut empfehlenswert! Die Fahrlehrer sind geduldig, professionell und erklären alles verständlich. Sowohl der Theorieunterricht als auch die Fahrstunden machen Spaß und man fühlt sich jederzeit gut betreut. Die Organisation ist zuverlässig und die Termine sind flexibel. Dank der tollen Unterstützung habe ich mich sicher auf die Prüfungen vorbereitet gefühlt. Ich würde die Fahrschule Orange jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Ich war am 11.11.2025 gegen 17 Uhr in der Fahrschule Orange, um mich über das aktuelle Paketangebot zu informieren. Leider war mein Eindruck alles andere als positiv. Am Empfang saßen zwei junge, bedeckte Damen, die sich weder professionell noch respektvoll verhalten haben – weder im direkten Gespräch noch am Telefon. Ihr kindisches Auftreten passt meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht zu einem seriösen Fahrschulbetrieb. Ich hatte eigentlich vor, das angebotene Paket zu buchen, habe mich aber aufgrund dieses unfreundlichen Empfangs sofort für eine andere Fahrschule entschieden – und zahle dort lieber mehr, als mich hier unterrichten zu lassen. Sehr enttäuschend.

Absolute Katastrophe. Null Organisation, keine Kommunikation. Ich fahre 50 Minuten hin, nur um zu erfahren, dass alle 10 Fahrstunden aus dem System verschwunden sind, weil deren System abgestürzt ist. Am Telefon wird gesagt, musst dir keine Angst haben deine Fahrstunden sind noch da.Natürlich falsch! Dabei schreibt man denen sogar vier Tage vorher, um eine Fahrstunde abzusagen – und anstatt Bescheid zu geben, dass gar keine Fahrstunde für einen eingetragen ist, schreibt sie einfach: „Ja, alles klar!“ Komplett idiotisch. Personal ist komplett überfordert und ungeschult. Hätte ich dieses Sparpacket noch nicht bezahlt, würde ich schon direkt die Fahrschule wechseln. So eine unprofessionelle Fahrschule hab ich noch nie erlebt.

Ich kann diese Fahrschule leider überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen, da sie absolut unzuverlässig ist. Hintergrund: Ich hatte hier ein Osterangebot für ein Komplettpaket (12 Fahrstunden inkl. Prüfung und Theorie) gekauft. Leider wurde mein Kursverlauf eine einzige Enttäuschung. Meine Fahrstunden wurden insgesamt 6 von 8 Mal kurzfristig abgesagt, weil spontan Fahrprüfungen von anderen Schülern vorgezogen wurden. Das ist extrem frustrierend, wenn man sich freut und Zeit dafür freigenommen hat. Der finale Akt war dann, dass mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass mein Fahrlehrer Andreas (der übrigens sehr cool und kompetent ist!) keine A-Klasse mehr unterrichtet, sondern auf Bus umsteigt. Aufgrund "fehlender Kapazitäten" wurde ich dann einfach an eine andere, mir vorher unbekannte Fahrschule (Jump) zwangsweise „weiterverwiesen“. Dabei würde ich mir doch gerne selbst aussuchen, zu welcher Fahrschule ich wechsle, wenn es hier nicht mehr weitergeht. Mir wurde aber gesagt, ich könne nur zu "Fahrschule Jump in Schöneweide" gehen. Das fühlt sich nicht wie ein Service, sondern wie eine Abwicklung an. Nach nur 2 absolvierten Fahrten stehe ich nun ohne Fahrlehrer und ohne Perspektive da. Auf meine Nachfrage, ob ich mein Geld zumindest anteilig zurückbekomme, wurde mir gesagt: "Nein, das Geld können wir nicht zurückzahlen. Wenden Sie sich an Fahrschule Jump in Schöneweide für weitere Termine." Das ist meiner Meinung nach eine unfaire Behandlung. Man kassiert das Geld für ein Paket, kann den Service aber nicht vollständig erbringen und weist den Kunden dann einfach ab, ohne eine angemessene Lösung wie eine Rückerstattung oder ein Wahlrecht bei der alternativen Fahrschule anzubieten. Ich wäre froh, wenn sich die Fahrschule nochmal bei mir melden würde, um gemeinsam eine faire Lösung zu finden. Bis dahin kann ich nur von einem Vertrag abraten.

Die Theoriestunden in dieser Fahrschule waren sehr lehrreich und gut strukturiert. Der Fahrlehrer hat die Inhalte klar und verständlich erklärt, sodass ich die wichtigsten Regeln im Straßenverkehr besser verstehen konnte. Besonders hilfreich fand ich die Übungsfragen im Programm, die eine ausgezeichnete Vorbereitung auf die Prüfung darstellen. Durch die Kombination von Theorieunterricht und Fragen habe ich viel Sicherheit gewonnen. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden und empfehle diese Fahrschule gerne weiter.
